Planning

The planning phase of the toolkit is the core for active participation of stakeholders and the public in efforts to improve the prevention system. Planning promotes efficiency and equity by providing a voice for all citizens in communities. This part of the toolikt includes information on: a SWOT analysis, Logic Model development, Mission and Vision guidance, work plans, evidence-based practices definitions, and engagement of family and youth voice, to create common agenda and community collaborative plan.
