Krishna Clay
Krishna Clay is a Senior Change Management Specialist at the Omaha Public Power District, where she leads efforts to enhance the success of organizational initiatives by developing and executing strategies for guiding people through change, including training, communication, resistance management, and feedback. With nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry and 20 years in talent development and leadership roles, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to guiding individuals and organizations.
Krishna has served in multiple board roles with the Association for Talent Development’s Nebraska Chapter, including as President in 2017. Her strengths in leadership, financial understanding, and organizational development are complemented by her natural curiosity. A lifelong Nebraskan, Krishna currently lives in Elkhorn with her two teenage sons and fiancé. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her playing board games, spending time outdoors, or relaxing near water with their two dogs.
Krishna joins the Nebraska Children board in 2026.
