Aimee Gibson
Aimee Gibson is a Georgetown University ITL-trained Leadership coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and former consulting executive with over 20 years of experience. She is sought after as a talented executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker. Aimee focuses on leadership coaching for family business leaders and non-family executives of family businesses, particularly preparing rising generation leaders for leadership responsibility. She has worked in a range of industries and family enterprises. She works internationally and for medium and large local and geographically dispersed organizations. Aimee coaches individual leaders, facilitates team learning, and delivers large-scale leadership training. She also draws insights from assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP©) 360. her family business coaching training, adult development theory, Clifton Strengths, and mindfulness practices she studied at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
As an adjunct faculty member at both Georgetown University and American University, Aimee honed her ability to deliver learning and coaching that focuses on developing the capacity within individuals, teams, and organizations to build greater awareness, increase effectiveness, and deliver results.
