
Brady Rhodes
Brady brings three decades of experience as an educator, facilitator, and community organizer, specializing in cross-sector collaborations that strengthen both urban and rural communities while fostering individual growth. His work spans schools, community organizations, and nonprofits, where he builds bridges between diverse stakeholders to create lasting impact.
For 15 years, Brady co-directed BoldLeaders, an international education consortium that engaged thousands of young people and educators in civic leadership initiatives across more than 20 countries, including the United States. Through this work, he developed innovative approaches to long-term civic engagement that continue to influence communities worldwide.
Currently serving as Collaborative Coordinator for the Community Impact Network—one of Nebraska's 20 Community Collaboratives—Brady coordinates cross-sector partnerships across Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, and Webster counties. He is also a member of the inaugural Fellowship for Cradle-to-Career Partnership Leaders with EdRedesign and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he works with diverse leaders to advance collaborative approaches as the model for community development.
Brady holds a Master of Education degree from Prescott College in Arizona. A father of three boys and self-described canoe nerd, he lives in Hastings, Nebraska, with his wife Susan Meeske.
