Data-Informed Coaching (DAY 1)
Participants in this professional development will gain an introductory understanding of how to use data in their coaching. During these sessions we will focus on data that coaches have and can gather to learn about children and adults (both from standardized measures and through other strategies). We will also discuss how to interpret data and use it in collaboration with coachees. Specifically, we will discuss using data for goal setting, planning, and tracking progress with coachees as well as evaluating one’s coaching practice. Participants are encouraged to bring data with them to the coaching session.
Participants must have direct coaching experience prior to attending a Coach Booster Training.
There are TWO options for participating:
