Nebraska Children's annual celebration of our state's changemakers for children is headed west. This year, we're honoring the Panhandle Partnership for Health and Human Services with our Grace Abbot Award. This organization has become a model of how separate agencies can pull together to benefit the children it serves. We'll also be honoring Senator John Harms with our Mike Yanney Community Award for his long-time advocacy on behalf of children.
