Johanna Pesante-Daniel, Translation and Interpretation Navigator
Johanna Pesante-Daniel joined Nebraska Children in May 2021. She is bilingual and Spanish is her first language. She grew up in Puerto Rico and has been living in Nebraska for the last 21 years. She is married and has a 13-year-old son, who loves to play baseball. Before joining Nebraska Children, Johanna worked in Public Health for 14 years. She has experience working with culturally diverse populations and has had the opportunity to serve children and families in a variety of work capacities. Currently, she also teaches adult ESL classes at Crete Public Schools. Johanna is passionate about helping and serving others and working to reduce inequalities and ensuring opportunities to children, their families and the community in general.
