The January drawing is now complete. Congratulations to The Valley Child Development Center in Red Cloud!
The deadline for registering for Cozy Corners is fast approaching. You must register for training by March 8 to be eligible for the last available kits.
Thank you for your patience. Orders are being processed based on childcare license type, with priority given to rural, urban, and Tribal locations. We are currently processing orders by the date of completion. Each licensed site is allotted one Calming Corner unless additional materials remain. At that time, we will start at the beginning of our list.
While you are waiting for your Calming Corner, please take the Lakeshore training on how to set up your new space.

NDE and NCFF will utilize their reporting from CANVAS to collect those that completed the training each month. They will send this list to Lakeshore so that orders are entered and processed. There is no additional action needed on your part.

You may be clicking on the bulk enrollment button, which will not allow you to enroll (see picture). Be sure to click on "enroll now."
What if I'm having trouble logging into the Nebraska Department of Education training?
The mostly likely problem is on the log in screen. There is a screen that says: “Choose your district” --- users for this course ALWAYS need to choose “Nebraska Department of Education” and not their actual local school district. You should also use a recently updated version of Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari as your browser. If you still can't log in try logging in using incognito mode on your internet browser.
You can see instructions that will help you enroll and avoid common issues with the process by visiting our NDE Canvas Enrollment Instructions page. Click on this question to visit the page.
