Karen O'Hare is originally from North Carolina and a proud NC State alum, Karen and her husband Jeremy moved to his hometown of Ainsworth in 2018. As a founding board member and Board President of the Ainsworth Child Development Center, she’s passionate about building a stronger future through quality child care in rural Nebraska. 

By day, Karen brings her leadership and relationship-building skills to FMC as a Field Sales Representative in North Central Nebraska. By evening, she’s raising three wonderful kids—Keegan, Grady, and Caroline—on their ranch, instilling in them the values of community, agriculture, and family life. 

Whether she’s coordinating board initiatives, connecting with regional schools and families, or managing sales in the field, Karen thrives on fostering growth—of children, partnerships, and the local economy. She’s excited to connect with fellow professionals who share her commitment to rural development, practical agriculture, and empowering families through strong community infrastructure.
