Julie Jones-Branch, Ph.D.  has over 30 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood. She has her B.S. and M.S. in Human Resources and Family Science (emphasis Child Development) and Ph.D. in Teaching, Learning and Teacher Education (emphasis Teacher Development), all from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  

Julie is the current Workforce Program Manager for Lincoln Littles and has spent the last eight years as an Independent Educational Consultant. She has been an adjunct professor for Concordia University and the University of Colorado-Denver. Julie has contracted privately and with the Nebraska State Department of Education to revise and/or create ongoing professional development opportunities for Early Childhood.  

Julie’s research interests include: Quality of ECE settings; Teacher Development at the pre-service and in-service levels; Pedagogical Documentation; ECE and Technology; and Reflective Practice.
