Gladys Haynes, MSW, PhD, Director of Nebraska Early Learning Initiatives at the Buffett Early Childhood Fund, is currently involved in local, state and national early childhood initiatives. Her previous career experiences include her working working as a school psychologist, and being the Director of the Omaha Public Schools Early Childhood Special Education programs and the Executive Director of Educare Omaha, a non-profit early childhood education program.  She also consults and has co-authored manuals on creating high quality center and home-based early childhood facilities.
