Gina Ewing serves as the Lead Quality Child Care Partnership Specialist at the Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative, where she leads a team of mentors who support and guide child care providers in developing successful quality programs. With more than 30 years in early childhood education—including 16 years with Nebraska DHHS Child Care Licensing—Gina brings extensive experience in both regulatory systems and provider development.  
  
In addition to her mentoring leadership, Gina has spent 17 years as an instructor and facilitator, helping professionals grow their skills and confidence in the field. She holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s in Workforce Education and Development. Her work combines deep knowledge, practical tools, and a commitment to strengthening Nebraska’s child care network from the ground up.
