Amanda Moritz serves as Development Coordinator at YWCA Grand Island, where she leads community engagement and fundraising efforts to support the organization’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. Before joining the YWCA in November 2024, Amanda spent 23 years in the banking industry, bringing deep experience in relationship building and community connection to her work in the nonprofit sector. She is currently guiding the YWCA’s Building Brighter Futures Capital Campaign, focused on expanding and modernizing early childhood and family spaces to better serve hundreds of local families. Amanda is passionate about storytelling and building authentic partnerships that ensure projects truly reflect the needs and hopes of the community.
