Hello my is name Alexis Marquez , I am wife, mom, and passionate Early Childhood Educator with 12 years of experience in the field. For the past three years, I’ve been running my own in-home childcare, Lexie’s Little Sunshines, where I’ve worked hard to create a nurturing and enriching environment for children. Recently, I’ve taken on a new role as a Sixpence CCP coach, supporting childcare providers in offering high-quality care and early learning experiences. 
 
I am also proud to be part of Creciendo as a Mentor , where I help Spanish speaking providers navigate the process of becoming licensed. Additionally, I’ve been a Champion Mentor in Kearney for the past two years, working with providers to grow professionally and meet their goals. I’m currently going back to school to finish my associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education to deepen my knowledge and expand my impact in this field.
