Kara Asmus is an Affiliated Fund Development Coordinator with Nebraska Community Foundation. She covers the East-Central region. Kara coaches volunteer leaders to build community awareness, conduct fundraising efforts, and to increase community impact through grantmaking and citizen engagement. She also helps donors achieve their philanthropic goals. Kara originated from Hastings, obtained her degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and now resides in Columbus.
