 Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT™) reliability workshop prepares participant
 s in the use of the instrument to gather information on preschool teachers
 ’ implementation of Pyramid Model practices. This is an intensive workshop
  that requires prerequisite knowledge\, preparation\, and participation in
  the entire workshop. Participants who successfully complete the workshop 
 and meet reliability standards will receive a certificate indicating relia
 bility status and can serve as reliability partners to other observers. Su
 ccessful completion will indicate that the TPOT™ workshop participant is r
 eliable with the Nebraska Pyramid evaluation team.\n\n<h3>2-Day Training</
 h3>\n(Lunch provided)\n\n<b>DAY 1:</b> Presenters will provide training on
  the TPOT™ instrument\, key definitions\, and scoring guidance. Participan
 ts practice scoring indicators.\n\n<b>DAY 2:</b> Presenters will continue 
 TPOT™ training. Participants will view an entire TPOT™ observation/intervi
 ew on video (2.5 hours) and score the TPOT™ to check reliability. Particip
 ants who meet reliability will be eligible to conduct TPOT™ for the evalua
 tion of Pyramid projects across the state. NOTE: Being eligible to conduct
  TPOT™ does not guarantee a contract will be offered for this work. Additi
 onal criteria must also be met. \n\n<h3>REGISTRATION FEE - $150</h3>\n\n<i
