 bservation Tool (TPOT™) reliability workshop prepares participants in the 
 use of the instrument to gather information on preschool teachers’ impleme
 ntation of Pyramid Model practices. This is an intensive workshop that req
 uires prerequisite knowledge\, preparation\, and participation in the enti
 re workshop. Participants who successfully complete the workshop and meet 
 reliability standards will receive a certificate indicating reliability st
 atus and can serve as reliability partners to other observers. Successful 
 completion will indicate that the TPOT™ workshop participant is reliable w
 ith the Nebraska Pyramid evaluation team.\n\n2-Day training\n(Lunch provid
 ed)\n\nDAY 1: Presenters will provide training on the TPOT™ instrument\, k
 ey definitions\, and scoring guidance. \nParticipants practice scoring ind
 icators.\n\nDAY 2: Presenters will continue TPOT™ training. Participants w
 ill view an entire TPOT™ observation/interview on video (2.5 hours) and sc
 ore the TPOT™ to check reliability. Participants who meet reliability will
  be eligible to conduct TPOT™’s for the evaluation of Pyramid projects acr
 oss the state. NOTE: Being eligible to conduct TPOT™’s does not guarantee 
 a contract will be offered for this work. Additional criteria must also be
  met. \n\nPrerequisites:\nIn order to participate in the TPOT™ workshop\, 
 all attendees must be familiar with the Pyramid Model. Before completing r
 egistration\, check \nto be certain that you meet all of the following pre
 requisites:\n	•	You must have attended\, trained on\, or participated in the
  Pyramid Model Training Modules\n	•	You must be actively involved in trainin
 g\, coaching\, technical assistance\, or support to teachers currently eng
