  barriers for community-based prevention efforts in Nebraska. \n\nAs part 
 of the statewide prevention partnership Bring Up Nebraska\, we believe loc
 al communities are best situated and most motivated to understand their ow
 n needs and strengths. We are working to strengthen families and reduce en
 try into higher end systems of care. \n\nWe welcome the opportunity to mee
 t with you and have lunch with national leaders\, Dr. Jerry Milner and Dav
 id Kelly\, as we work together on solutions and priorities for community-b
