 bservation Tool (TPOT™) reliability workshop prepares participants in the 
 use of the instrument to gather information on preschool teachers’ impleme
 ntation of Pyramid Model practices. This is an intensive workshop that req
 uires prerequisite knowledge\, preparation\, and participation in the enti
 re workshop. Participants who successfully complete the workshop and meet 
 reliability standards will receive a certificate indicating reliability st
 atus and can serve as reliability partners to other observers. Successful 
 completion will indicate that the TPOT™ workshop participant is reliable w
 ith the Nebraska Pyramid evaluation team.\n\n2-Day training\n(Breakfast an
 d lunch provided)\n\nDAY 1: Presenters will provide training on the TPOT™ 
 instrument\, key definitions\, and scoring guidance. \nParticipants practi
 ce scoring indicators.\n\nDAY 2: Presenters will continue TPOT™ training. 
 Participants will view an entire TPOT™ observation/interview on video (2.5
  hours) and score the TPOT™ to check reliability. Participants who meet re
 liability will be eligible to conduct TPOT™’s for the evaluation of Pyrami
 d projects across the state. NOTE: Being eligible to conduct TPOT™’s does 
 not guarantee a contract will be offered for this work. Additional criteri
 a must also be met. \n\nPrerequisites:\nIn order to participate in the TPO
 T™ workshop\, all attendees must be familiar with the Pyramid Model. Befor
 e completing registration\, check \nto be certain that you meet all of the
  following prerequisites:\n	•	You must have attended\, trained on\, or parti
 cipated in the Pyramid Model Training Modules\n	•	You must be actively invol
 ved in training\, coaching\, technical assistance\, or support to teachers
  currently engaged in implementing the Pyramid Model.
