 ictable process toward achieving an intended outcome.</b> Although the per
 son receiving support from a coach may not initially identify the characte
 ristics/strategies used\, the efforts of the coach to consistently apply t
 hem\, make the coaching process much clearer. The evidence based strategie
 s of joint planning\, observation\, action/practice\, reflection and feedb
 ack are applied\, not in a step by step fashion\, but rather are fluid\, a
 nd follow the lead of the person receiving support.\n\nCoaches will achiev
 e the following learning objectives\, as appropriate\, through the frame o
 f its’ relationship to self\, their initiative\, their coachee\, and other
  coaches:\n1. Describe how co-establishing a joint plan guides the coachin
 g process and applies to a coaching situation.\n2. Practice gathering\, us
 ing and documenting focused and objective observations\, based on the join
 t plan.\n3. Understand the continuum of action/practice strategies availab
 le to support the person being coached\, and make decisions about how much
  and when to provide.\n4. Identify and utilize different kinds of reflecti
 ve questions.\n5. Provide feedback that recognizes preferred learning styl
 e\, builds on current knowledge\, and connects to new learning.\n\nOpen to
  all Early Childhood Coaches in Nebraska. Participants must have direct co
 aching experience prior to attending a\nCoach Booster Training. Training i
 s approved for NDE Training Hours. Limit to 25 attendees per session. Regi
 stration is free.
