 ctively communicate with each \n	coachee\, demonstrating respect for indivi
 dual skills and abilities within the cultural \n	context of the coachee.\n
 \nânâ	Participants will understand how to partner with coachees to work toget
 her towards shared vision \n	and goals\, how to be mindful of the coacheeâ€™s
  perspective\,  and recognize ways to respect\, honor\, and \n	capitalize o
 n the equally important knowledge and experience of both coach and coachee
 .  \n\nOpen to all Early Childhood Coaches in Nebraska. Participants must 
 have direct coaching experience prior to attending a Coach Booster Trainin
 g. Training is approved for NDE Training Hours.\n\nLimit to 25 attendees p
