 roductory understanding of how to use data in their coaching. During these
  sessions we will focus on data that coaches have and can gather to learn 
 about children and adults (both from standardized measures and through oth
 er strategies). We will also discuss how to interpret data and use it in c
 ollaboration with coachees. Specifically\, we will discuss using data for 
 goal setting\, planning\, and tracking progress with coachees as well as e
 valuating one’s coaching practice. Participants are encouraged to bring da
 ta with them to the coaching session. \n\nParticipants must have direct co
 aching experience prior to attending a Coach Booster Training.\n\nThere ar
 e TWO options for participating:\n*Participant must attend both days of wh
 atever option they choose.
