 ramid Observation Tool (TPOT™) reliability workshop prepares participants 
 in the use of the instrument to gather information on preschool teachers’ 
 implementation of Pyramid Model practices. This is an intensive workshop t
 hat requires prerequisite knowledge\, preparation\, and participation in t
 he entire workshop.\nParticipants who successfully complete the workshop a
 nd meet reliability standards will receive a certificate indicating reliab
 ility status and can serve as reliability partners to other observers. Suc
 cessful completion will indicate that the TPOT™ workshop participant is re
 liable with the Nebraska Pyramid evaluation team.\n\n<b>2-DAY TRAINING —</
 b> Breakfast and lunch provided\n\n<b>DAY 1:</b> Presenters will provide t
 raining on the TPOT™ instrument\, key definitions\, and scoring guidance. 
 Participants practice scoring indicators.\n\n<b>DAY 2:</b> Presenters will
  continue TPOT™ training. Participants will view an entire TPOT™ observati
 on/interview on video (2.5 hours) and score the TPOT™ to check reliability
 . Participants who meet reliability will be eligible to conduct TPOT™’s fo
 r the evaluation of Pyramid projects across the state. <i>NOTE: Being elig
 ible to conduct TPOT™’s does not guarantee a contract will be offered for 
 this work. Additional criteria must also be met.</i>\n\n<b>THE REGISTRATIO
