 and Intensive Workshop at the Nebraska Young Child Institute\, this Coach 
 Booster Training will provide coaches an opportunity to reflect on their o

 y recognized expert on Implicit Bias in Early Childhood Settings\, Dr. Wal
 ter Gilliam will guide participates to dive deeper into four main focus po
 ints including: the background of implicit bias\, identifying one’s own bi
 as\, how to help persons being coached identify their biases\, and working
  through tangible steps in addressing implicit bias within coaching situat
 ions. Participants will have opportunities in this interactive training to
  work through real life scenarios and action planning steps.</h5>\n<h5>Par
