Just trying to see if there is a distinction between what someone can find online versus what an operator might be able to direct a person to? If that makes sense??? 00:45:33 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: What if 211 worked in your community? 00:46:37 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: What would it take to strengthen 211 usefulness in your community? 00:47:53 Sandy Nation: United Way of Siouxland is in Sioux City, Iowa but covers Dakota County, Nebraska. Is United Way of Siouxland included in the conversations you are having with United Way in Nebraska? 00:48:38 Sarah Papa: Sarah Papa with Community & Family Partnership serving Platte and Colfax— just joining the conversation! 00:50:17 JoAnn Gieselman: We have a number of resource guides in our communities through several nonprofits and we feel like we are duplicating services and have been looking at 211 as a possibility as being the one resource guide but it will take everyone keeping it updates and 211 and the information being shared in a way that is user friendly for families. JoAnn 01:00:58 Collena: Our collaborative contracted with 2 Spanish speaking CYI youth. We are also working with Andrew Brown at Doanne with his Leadership Scholars doing translations on applications. 01:01:04 Cathy Minnick: Mary, we have decided to pursue the MyLNK app for the Sandhills Community Collaborative. We submitted a local grant for the creation/implementation of an app for our 8 counties. Once we hear about the grant, we will be starting to develop our app with Lincoln Leadership and Don’t Panic Labs in Lincoln. I am working on the spreadsheet of resources now for the project. Our app may be called My HITS (Help in the Sandhills). We really wanted a simple, easy to use, focused app for our communities. 211 didn’t seem to be the answer for us. 01:03:09 York County Health Coalition: Mary I can not hear you 01:03:23 Carrie Rouillard: yes 01:05:53 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: Love the idea of contracting with a young person. We're super excited about this too! 01:08:28 Leonor Fuhrer: My email in case anyone needs it: leonorfuhrer@gmail.com 01:22:33 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: Is your question, "do these become CR referrals?" 01:32:00 Sandy Nation: We also help pay co-pays and deductibles for students who are in therapy. 01:32:15 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: Get a backup plan in place. It is not if it is when! 01:33:20 Collena: We have a primary and secondary CN. This allows me to take time off too. 01:34:41 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: Would there be any possibility of Dodge Coaches helping out in an iterim? 01:35:13 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: Something to explore, but I cant speak for FFC. 01:35:46 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: We have a call Friday. 01:38:41 LeaAnn-NCFF Consultant: I think this is worth conversation even beyond COVID.... 01:39:03 JoAnn Gieselman: I do have to leave, thank you for all the great communication! 01:39:03 Heidi Hausmann: Madison County is happy to help in anyway! 01:39:16 Julie Nash: Thank you, I have another call at noon as well.
