Since the original contract was amendment, you will actually modify the original budget so that it matches the new 'Do not exceed' amount. 00:18:26 Chandra Essex - Central Navigator: Is there any information on the new NIFA Mortgage assistance program? 00:20:00 Tina Lauterbach: since Omaha and Lincoln are out of money for ERA, should be worried about them using up the remaining funds? 00:24:07 Chandra Essex - Central Navigator: Thank you for the information! 00:30:07 Jason Feldhaus: I am not sure the exact amount of transitional funds to Omaha and Lincoln. I think the expenditure of these funds will depend on the amount transferred. The city of Omaha also has ERA2 funds - this is under RFP at this time but will also add more funds to the pool. Lincoln has granted out its ERA2 funds and these funds are being utilized currently - the amount is an addition of $10m. This $10m doesn't include the transitional funds that will be sent to Lincoln by the BOS from ERA funds, but I am also not sure of the exact amount being transferred to Lincoln. 00:31:16 Jason Feldhaus: NIFA income based I am not completely sure yet - this depends on the approval of the plan. I have heard it would be 100% of AMI instead of 80% but still need clarification on final stipulation 00:34:56 Mary Pinker: 1. Why is focusing on assets and strengths an important premise? What happens if you only focus on needs? 2. How do you identify strengths and assets? What do you need to take into account? 3. Are there any situations which make it difficult for you to identify strengths? 4.How do you acknowledge your own strengths and the strengths of those you work with 00:39:24 Rebecca Daugherty: my breakout had no participants 00:49:20 Lauren Ward (she|hers): Sorry to be sporadic during these meetings..! We welcome you whenever you can be here. :) 01:01:34 Mary Pinker: Why is this premise important? What might make it hard to follow? What might make you question if someone has experienced trauma? What is secondary trauma? What are the signs that someone is experience secondary trauma? 4. What can coaches and others working with youth and families do to reduce the impact of secondary trauma? 01:21:56 Tina Lauterbach: Oh my gosh yes, sorry late response, but the pandemic has been a huge trauma for all of us. 01:25:59 Mary Pinker: In what ways do your current coaching practices support the premises we discussed today? What might you do differently To align and strengthen these practices in the area of trauma informed and strengths based? What trainings or resources might be helpful to support this premise based coaching in your community?
