Shelley Henderson
Shelley is the Executive Director and Title Replication Liaison for Communities in Schools of Nebraska. She is a current member of National School Reform, Empower Omaha, the Greater Omaha After-School Alliance, African American Achievement Council and Community Task Force Member for the Building Bright Futures After-School Mentoring and Tutoring for Excellence.
Shelley earned her Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education and Masters in Educational Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is married to Rodney Henderson, an Omaha Police Officer. Shelley and Rodney have five children.
A resident of Omaha, Shelley has served on the Foundation board since 2010.
