Claire Buddenberg, Assistant Vice President of Program Evaluation for Connected Youth Initiative
Claire collaborates with internal and external partners across the state to ensure effective research and evaluation efforts revolving around Nebraska Children’s Connected Youth Initiative. Specifically, she oversees implementation and analysis of the Transitional Services Survey, Self-Sufficiency Outcome Matrix, Project Everlast Youth Council Survey, and the Camp Catch-Up Survey, among other measures. Claire firmly believes that nonprofit organizations play a vital role in society, and they can make a greater impact through engaging in strategic evaluations and research.
Joining Nebraska Children in October 2016, Claire’s previous experiences primarily include quantitative and qualitative program evaluation, program management, grant seeking, and grant management for education-based organizations serving youth and young adults.
Claire earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha and her B.A. from William Jewell College. She also currently serves on the board of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Greater Omaha.
